First, let's chat.

We want to hear your wish list and help you build a plan. During this 60-90 minute consultation, we'll discuss your needs, budget and timeline. We typically spend 30-60 minutes indoors, followed by a 30 minute outdoor site inspection. The reason we like to meet inside and out is so that we can get a sense of your home's existing architectural themes, décor, tones, and colours. The $75.00 consultation fee may be later applied to the installation costs.

Next, the proposal.

Once we have a chance to review your project plans at our office, we will email you details on the design fees and timeline. Our design rates are $75 per hour with a 5 hour minimum. Once you're ready to move forward, we'll ask for your signature on the contract and your deposit. In return, we'll deliver a concept sketch.

Let's design.

We'll meet again for 60 minutes to review the concept sketch. We'll discuss what you like, and what you'd like to change. We want you to feel comfortable, confident, and excited about the project, before we start building. 

You'll receive a final landscape design proposal, complete with all material choices and measurements, as well as a categorized quotation. Once this is delivered, full payment for the design is due.
