When iFortune Homes approached us to build a pond at a Richmond home, we were happy to help. The owner showed us magazine clippings of a pond with floating steps, and asked us to customize a similar design for their property.

We suggested the inclusion of waterproof lighting and Rainbow River Rock from Southeast BC. From October to April, it can feel pretty dark. A few outdoor light fixtures and pops of landscape colour can make a big difference about how you feel in your space.

This water system is low maintenance because of the float valve auto top-up. With a remote control and timer for the waterfall and ColorFalls™ system, this home had a fully customizable water feature that could even provide a light show, in time to the stereo music!
